oh christmas tree.

this is our little christmas tree. isn't it sweet? simon and i spent the weekend watching the snow fall here in boston, (first snow fall of the year! huzzah!) and we also bought and wrapped oodles of presents.

note the norwegian flags on the tree, which were such a mess that simon spent a good while untangling them.

oh, how i love this time of year... nothing like sipping hot chocolate under a warm blanket and listening to christmas music by the tree. (and no, unfortunately it's not a real tree, so i've taken to spraying a pine scented room spray when i want to pretend. ssshhh don't tell.)

how was your weekend?
xo,

such a sweet little tree you have there! you should try aunt sadie's in the south end for a christmas scented candle- they are SO realistic smelling (not to mention aunt sadie's is a wonderful little shop!)

Ahhh... such a wonderful wee Christmas tree, Nina. Enjoy it!

We bought ours yesterday and it's now sporting 900 lights. Todd and I will decorate it tonight once the kids are asleep. They'll have a go at the kids' tree in the play room later this week.

'Tis the season...
