whew! i am fresh back from a couple days in georgia for work. it was a whirlwind of airports, hotels and meetings, but i have to confess that my favorite part was hearing all the southern accents. i even caught myself saying y'all once or twice. :)
now i'm back home and feeling giddy over the creative, lovely and sweet holiday cards in the mail from all of you! how did i get so lucky? thank you, thank you, thank you.
i hope you have all had productive, happy days this week, and i will be back in full swing with oodles of fun posts tomorrow!
xo,

Yay for the South!! I'm from Alabama, so it does my heart good to hear you love on a Southern accent.
the south does that to a person...we've lived down south in the past and almost instantly my momma is like "who is this on the phone and what did you do with my daughter"
nina, #2 was perfectly said. those words could not be anymore true.
You were stomping around my ol' neck of the woods! 'Night, now!
I think y'all is a brilliant word and use it liberally. But then again I may be biased growing up in North Carolina.. ;)
Thanks SO much for participating! I loved your wise words. Georgia will always have a special place in my heart. My grandfather grew up in Savannah! Be sure to eat some black eyed peas on New Year's Day for good luck, it's a southern tradition.
